Herbert Bopp is a German journalist living and working in Montréal. He has been reporting as a foreign correspondent from Canada, Alaska and other parts of the world for more than 30 years. His radio and television documentaries, newspaper articles and online stories have been broadcast and published in Canada, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He was awarded the prestigious New Media Award for his "New York Diary" written after the terror attacks of 9/11 He has been giving seminars and workshops for many of Germany's major radio and television stations, media schools as well as the newsroom of the Deutsche Bundestag. He has also lectured at the International Center for Journalism in Krems (Austria). |
